WODs and heat times.

Preliminary Heat Times

Click on the above link to download the preliminary heat times.  Once you look at the WODs, announced below, you will need to decide if you can do them with the scaling you selected.  If you need to change your scaling, please send an email to jenna@bridgercrossfit.com as soon as you possibly can.  You will need to send an email by 9 p.m. on Friday evening.  Your heat start time may or may not change after that.

We will change the heats for WOD #2 based on the results of WOD #1, though we will keep roughly the same order (Women’s B first, then Men’s A, etc.)

WOD #1

800m Run
15 Squat Clean and Jerks
800m Run

The weight on the Clean and Jerks will be as follows:
Rx’d:  155# male/105# female
Option B:  105# male/75# female
Option C:  75# male/55# female

WOD #2

3 Rounds for time of:
10 Hang Power Snatches
20 Burpees
30 Wallball
40 Double Unders

The weights on the Snatches will be as follows:
Rx’d:  95# male/65# female
Option B:  65# male/45# female
Option C:  45# male/35# female (empty bars)

The medicine ball weights and target heights for the Wallball will be as follows:
Rx’d:  20# male/14# female (10 foot targets)
Option B:  14# male/8# female (10 foot targets)
Option C:  10# male (10 foot target)/8# female (8 foot target)

Double Unders:
Rx’d:  40 Double Unders.  No exceptions.
Option B:  You may choose either 40 double unders or 120 single unders.  Must declare your choice before 3-2-1 go!
Option C:  You may choose either 40 double unders or 120 single unders.  Must declare your choice before 3-2-1 go!

The standards are the standard CrossFit movement standards.  They will be announced and demonstrated before each WOD, but you can expect the usual standards.
