The Games will start at 9 a.m. on Saturday. You can expect them to go until 5 p.m. There will a 30 minute break between workouts, but we recommend bringing your own lunch anyway. Please show up to check in with us starting at 8 a.m. or so.
If you drink coffee, you might be interested in checking out Rockford Coffee (corner of 7th and Main) or The Daily Coffee Bar (corner of Rouse and Oak) on your way.
The heats will be announced on Friday morning, along with the workouts, on this webpage. If you need to scale you may do so by sending an email to jenna@bridgercrossfit.com by 9 p.m. on Friday evening. A final heat list will be posted Friday night, but unless you have changed your scaling your heat will probably not change.
After the Games, we will be going out to eat and mingle. We will announce the restaurant on Saturday, once we decide which one we will be going to.
